Greetings and welcome to the Pacific Institute of Pharmaceutical Management. (PIPM)-Nashik. PIPM- was established in the year 2020, with an aim to train individuals displaying competency in the pharmaceutical sector to meet the requirements of the ever-growing Pharma Industry. It is observed that the students passing out from the colleges are excellent with academics score but with very little industry based knowledge. It is also seen that there is big difference in working with companies of regulated market and with semi-regulated or rest of the world market. Keeping this in mind, we have established PIPM to bridge the gap between academics and industry and produce a confidant candidate who can work with multinational Industries.
Located in Panchavati, Nashik, PIPM offers several experiential learning opportunities for its students including extramural internships at pharmaceutical companies. Here we believe that creating good employees for Pharmaceutical industry begins with cultivating compassion, respect, and integrity towards gaining extra knowledge. I come across this amazing quote quite often and feel how relevant it is for all of us. And for be the change one has to constantly upgrade themselves in their own field.There is never any point in the life of a person when he can sit back and say. “There is nothing more to learn, I can relax with the comforting thought that the universe around me is an open book and I know it all.”
Education is not just about the subjects that are learnt and taught in school and colleges. Becoming educated is not restricted to being in school and then in college, gathering certificates and feeling proud of oneself. It is a lifelong exercise that can be unbelievably exciting if only we wish to jump into the train of experience and take a trip to every conceivable place on the earth. Now we know that this cannot be done literally, so how do we manage it, first in school and colleges and then as we go on through the journey of life?
Every individual is like a seed which has the potential to grow if it nourished with love and care under the right guidance. In the current challenging times it is essential that students should not only excel in academics but should also equipped themselves with some additional courses which help them upgrade their knowledge and develop their technical skills and also develop courtesy, discipline, smart personality, social sensitivity and be imbibed with the traditional values and culture of our country.
